Last night, after dinner Me and my Dad watched Crossfit. There was a swimming workout that I wanted to do, so the next day I did it.
It consisted of:
15 sit ups
10 burpees
15 star jumps
2 lengths
I did it 5 times. I was exhausted at the end of it.
