Tuesday 12th Jan Crossfit workout

 Last night, after dinner Me and my Dad watched Crossfit. There was a swimming workout that I wanted to do, so the next day I did it. 

It consisted of: 

15 sit ups

10 burpees

15 star jumps

2 lengths

I did it 5 times.  I was exhausted at the end of it.

    Fiona here from the Summer Learning Journey. WOW - I am very impressed by your workout, especially that you did it 5 times. Very inspirational! I bet you were exhausted at the end... burpees and star jumps are tough. What are lengths?
