Monday 11th Jan

 Today, I trained at night as it wasn't as hot. My training consisted of: 

6 warm up

4 IMs

2 X 50m Breast stroke 

3 X 50m Free style

2 X 50m Butterfly

    It looks like you have been having a fun and productive holiday! Thank you for sharing a blog post about your swimming practice; that is a lot of lengths to swim!

    What is your favourite stroke to do? Mine are freestyle and butterfly, because I’m a bit slow at breaststroke, and my backstroke always goes a little crooked. I think I just need some more practice!

    What a great photo that you’ve shared - that is such perfect timing, catching you diving just as you breach the water! Do you swim competitively? It looks like you have a very skilled diving form!

    Keep up the great blogging Georgie - I am thoroughly enjoying getting to see what you’re up to this summer!

    Thanks for sharing this blog! It’s a good motivator for me, I need to go do some swimming too.

    You must be really fit, doing so many lengths! Have you been swimming for a long time?
