Thursday 14th Crossfit workout

 This evening, I decided to do a another Crossfit workout.  I did it with my Mum which was great fun as it kept me motivated. The workout I did today was:  

15 squats

3 lengths

10 buprees 

15 sit ups 

I did 6 sets it.
