Saturday 18th Jan



Today I swam 30 lenghts overall!  I satrted with 3 sets of 6 lenghts.  These lenghts consisted of:
2 Butterfly
2 Free-style
2 Breast-stroke




Dad was still training, so i did 6 lenghts of free  style.  I swam a lenght and my rest was to walk back to the start.  My fasted time was 22.36


I still had more energy so I decided to do another 6 free stlye.  This gave me a total of 30 lenghts for the session.
