19 Sunday Jan

Today  l didn't trained but l still swan.  l swan with brother Alec and we had lost of fun!!
I helped Alec with his diving and his stroke.

    This was great fun! I loved how you helped and coached Alec and I was really impressed with how Alec swam. You are a great team!
