28th Tuesday Jan

After a day at Taupo Bay, I completed 30 lengths, 10 sets of 3, which included:

1 freestyle
1 butterfly
1 breaststroke

I enjoyed this session, as I swam more than I thought I would.  I also competed against Dad who was doing burpee jumps, while I finished my last 2 sets.
