After a day at Taupo Bay, I completed 30 lengths, 10 sets of 3, which included:
1 freestyle
1 butterfly
1 breaststroke
I enjoyed this session, as I swam more than I thought I would. I also competed against Dad who was doing burpee jumps, while I finished my last 2 sets.
Today l didn't swim because l went to Taupo Bay. There were really huge waves.
My goal was to ride the wave not the wash. l managed to ride a few waves and now l know how it feels . It is like you are flying.
My Dad pushs me on the waves, but l need to practices paddling onto the waves.

Today l didn't trained but l still swan. l swan with brother Alec and we had lost of fun!!

Today l want to work on speed. Therefore, l completed 10 sets of 2 freestyle lengths. l had one minute rest in between sets.
I Had completed 20 lenghts but wanted to add 5 more on to enable my training to take me to 500m
I felt good after doing the extra 5 lenghts so decided to do some sprints of freestyle. My times got faster:
1st lenght: 24.53
2nd lenght 24.66
3rd lenght 23:66
I completed an extra two lenghts
1st Buterfly: 32.25
2nd Breast Stroke: 37.17
Today l didn't train because I was invited to spend the day on my brother's friends boat. We had lots of fun riding the biscuit at the back of boat! Here's a video of Alec and I falling off:
