Today l went to Matai Bay with my family and we did some surfing.

It wasn't the video that l wanted, but it was the only video my Dad managed to take.

30th Dec Monday

 Today I compled 24 lengths. l did 8 sets of 3 lengths. Each set comprised of two lengths freestyle and one length breast stroke.

My next training day, I will perform 7 sets of 4 lengths.

27th Dec Friday

I really didn't want to swim today, I was tierd and I had been surfing and playing at Ramp Road.

Boxing Day 26th Dec

I didn't swim today as i was with my family having fun at Taupo Bay.  I really like surfing.

24 Dec 2019 Tuesday Christmas Eve

On christmas eve, l completed 30  lengths. The video that l have embeded is from 20 lengths

1 length is 22m.

Therefore, l completed 22m x 30 lenghts = 660m.

Monday 23 2019 Dec

Today l woke  up and went for a swim with my Dad. I completed 5 lenghts freestyle, 5 lenghts breast stroke, 4 lenghts butterfly, 5 lenghts back stroke and l kicked with the board for 5 lenghts.

l felt tried after doing that many lengthes.  My goal is to do 30 lengthes tomorrow afternoon.

Pet day

Pet day - 2019 

On Tuesday 24 September, it was Pet day and we bought  our chickens. Named Ella and Toilet.It was the first time that we have had a pet to take to pet day.

On the Monday night, before pet day we got the chickens food all ready . We got there food out of the garage and put in the container also got another container and put underneath for the water. 

Dad came to get me and we set the chicken crates.l  bought the chickens up to the school and put then in the  crate . Then Dad put there food in the container and l poor the water in the container.

I really enjoy researching what Tukutuku means, and it was very interesting because I knew what art work it was about, but I didn't know anything about Tukutuku.

Cheating in a test at school

Today Mat and Ella got off the bus and they started to talk  about tomorrow because Mat was going to cheat in the test. Ella was shocked. She had nothing to say. ”Please please don’t tell anybody thank you. Mats face went as bright as a cherry. They said, “goodbye” and Mat started to walk home. When Mat got home he went on the computer.

 He was about to write his spelling words on his  hand but he thought for a minute. The next day, he had still the spelling words on his hand but didn’t know and he just went to school like he usually does. 

Ella said to him at lunch, “Are you going to cheat in the test after lunch?” “l don’t know,” answered Mat. “Maybe we can just try before you give up,” said Ella.

“Yes so  don’t cheat because l don’t want to get in trouble” said Mat and he rubbed it off his hand. “l just want to try.” In the end he didn’t get even one word wrong.

How I care for our chrombooks

Recently we created comic strips to explain how to care of a chrome book😄
Below is How we did it.

First we: we took photos that you should and shouldn't do with you chrome book.
Next we: Added the speech bubbles.
Finally we: Write the good thing and bad to do with your chrome book.

l thought it was interesting because we learnt new things that we did not know before.
